Starting from February 2016, the EU Commission is making an Internet platform available for online dispute resolution: Online Dispute Resolution.
The platform is intended as a contact point to enable disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts to be settled without recourse to the courts.
We inform you that according to the consumer dispute resolution act (VSBG), we declare that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
