Starting from February 2016, the EU Commission is making an Internet platform available to the public for the purpose of online dispute resolution under the link:
http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The platform is intended as a contact point to enable disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts to be settled without the need for recourse to the courts.
Hereby we inform you that according to the "consumer dispute resolution act" (German abbreviation: VSBG), we declare that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
