Description: AGIX KraneShares Artificial

The KraneShares Artificial Intelligence & Technology ETF (AGIX) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that, under normal market conditions, commits at least 80% of its net assets to publicly traded or privately offered securities of companies engaged in artificial intelligence and technology, as well as instruments with similar economic characteristics. Because the fund is classified as non-diversified, it can concentrate its holdings in a smaller number of issuers, which typically increases exposure to individual company performance and sector-specific volatility compared to diversified funds. AI and technology ETFs generally gain exposure to businesses involved in areas such as AI software development, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, and robotics, aligning the fund with a high-growth but cyclical segment of the equity market.
