Description: QQQA ProShares Nasdaq-100 Dorsey

The ProShares Nasdaq-100 Dorsey Wright Momentum ETF (QQQA) is a non-diversified, passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the Dorsey Wright Nasdaq-100 Momentum Index. This proprietary index selects the 21 securities from the broader Nasdaq-100 universe that exhibit the highest relative price momentum, applying a quantitative momentum strategy rather than weighting by market capitalization.

To maintain index exposure, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the underlying index components or in financial instruments with similar economic characteristics, as determined by ProShare Advisors. As a Large Growth category ETF launched in 2021, QQQA provides targeted access to high-momentum U.S. large-cap growth stocks, primarily drawn from the technology and consumer discretionary sectors that dominate the Nasdaq-100.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • Nasdaq-100 momentum leaders rotate into top 21 holdings
  • Tech mega-cap earnings reshape QQQA composition
  • AUM growth remains critical for micro-cap viability
