Its portfolio may include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, as well as sponsored American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), giving it exposure to both domestic and foreign issuers. The fund operates as a non-diversified vehicle, meaning it is not required to spread its assets across a broad range of issuers and may hold more concentrated positions than diversified funds.
