Description: AVUS Avantis U.S. Equity

The Avantis U.S. Equity ETF (AVUS) is a large-blend exchange-traded fund that seeks broad exposure to the U.S. equity market. It invests primarily across a diverse range of U.S. companies spanning multiple sectors and industry groups, without restrictions on market capitalization. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the funds assets are allocated to equity securities of U.S. issuers, and the fund may also use derivative instruments such as futures contracts, currency forwards, and swap agreements to manage exposure or implement its strategy.

As a large-blend fund, AVUS is structured to provide investors with diversified access to U.S. equities, blending growth and value styles across large-cap companies. Launched in September 2019 and listed on the NYSE, the ETF operates under a transparent, passive-style wrapper while employing rules-based portfolio construction typical of the factor- and fundamentals-driven U.S. equity category.
