Description: CGUS Capital Core Equity

The Capital Group Core Equity ETF (CGUS) is a large-blend, non-diversified ETF that invests primarily in common stocks selected for their potential to generate both capital appreciation and dividend income. Under normal conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its assets to equity securities and may invest up to 15% in issuers domiciled outside the United States. The fund is managed by Capital Group, one of the largest and longest-tenured investment management firms, founded in 1931 and widely known for its American Funds mutual fund line. As a large-blend ETF launched in February 2022, CGUS holds large-capitalization U.S. companies across both growth and value styles, offering exposure to the broad U.S. equity market.
