Description: DFAC Dimensional U.S. Core

The Dimensional U.S. Core Equity 2 ETF (DFAC) is an exchange-traded fund that pursues broad exposure to the U.S. equity market by purchasing a diversified portfolio of equity securities issued by U.S. companies. As a non-fundamental policy, the fund commits at least 80% of its net assets to these domestic equities under normal market conditions. To manage equity market exposure in response to cash flows, the fund may also use futures contracts and options on futures tied to U.S. equities and indices, allowing it to scale exposure up or down without trading the underlying securities directly.

DFAC operates within the Large Blend segment of the ETF market, meaning its holdings span large-capitalization U.S. companies across both growth and value styles, offering investors a single-vehicle approach to broad U.S. equity participation. As a passively managed index-tracking ETF, its business model is built on low-cost access to a diversified domestic equity portfolio rather than active security selection.
