Description: DGRO Core Dividend Growth

DGRO is a passively managed ETF that seeks to track the performance of an underlying index by investing at least 80% of its assets in its component securities or instruments with substantially identical economic characteristics. The funds benchmark is a subset of the Morningstar® U.S. Market Index, a broad market index covering approximately 97% of the market capitalization of publicly-traded U.S. stocks, which provides wide exposure to the U.S. equity market.

As a large-value ETF focused on dividend growth, DGRO targets established U.S. companies that have historically increased their dividend payments over time. Its passive index-tracking approach offers investors a low-cost way to gain diversified exposure to dividend-paying large-cap stocks without active stock-picking risk. Launched in 2014, the fund uses a rules-based methodology to select holdings from the broader U.S. equity universe.
