Description: MUNI PIMCO Intermediate

The PIMCO Intermediate Municipal Bond Active Exchange-Traded Fund (MUNI) is an actively managed ETF that invests primarily in U.S. municipal bonds, with at least 80% of its assets allocated to debt securities whose interest is federally tax-exempt. The fund may concentrate holdings in specific sectors, dedicating 25% or more of total assets to municipal bonds financing similar projects-such as education, health care, housing, transportation, and utilities-as well as to industrial development bonds. As an actively managed ETF listed on the NYSE since November 2009, MUNI offers investors a vehicle focused on intermediate-term, tax-exempt fixed-income exposure rather than passive index replication.
