Description: PVAL Putnam Focused Large Cap

The Putnam Focused Large Cap Value ETF (PVAL) is a U.S.-listed exchange-traded fund that primarily invests in common stocks of American companies, with an emphasis on value stocks that may provide capital growth, current income, or both. Under normal market conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets to large-cap companies, defined as those of a size comparable to the constituents of the Russell 1000 Value Index, though it may also allocate a portion of holdings to midsize companies.

The fund falls within the Large Value ETF category and is benchmarked to the Russell 1000 Value Index, which selects U.S. large-cap stocks exhibiting value characteristics such as lower price-to-book and price-to-earnings ratios relative to the broader market. Listed on the NYSE since May 2021, PVAL offers investors focused exposure to the U.S. large-cap value segment of the equity market.
