Description: TSME Thrivent Trust - Thrivent

The Thrivent Small-Mid Cap ESG ETF (TSME) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that, under normal market conditions, commits at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings used for investment purposes) to equity securities of small- and mid-sized U.S. companies listed on a national securities exchange. The fund applies ESG (environmental, social, and governance) screening criteria to its holdings, meaning issuers are evaluated not only on financial metrics but also on sustainability and corporate responsibility standards. As a small-cap blend product, TSME targets companies in the lower-to-middle range of U.S. equity market capitalization, offering investors exposure to the segment of the market often associated with higher growth potential than large-cap stocks, but with correspondingly greater volatility. The fund was launched in October 2022 and trades on the NYSE.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • ESG fund inflows rise on growing institutional mandate demand
  • Small-mid cap equities outperform on anticipated Fed rate cuts
  • SEC climate disclosure rules reshape ESG fund composition
